Yes! Jeton Card offers both Chip and PIN and contactless payment. In order to activate the Contactless interface, you will need to perform an initial Chip/PIN transaction and then you'll be ready to go.

You can use your card for physical purchases or virtual e-commerce transactions and ATM cash withdrawals.

You can use your card for domestic and international transactions, wherever the merchant accepts Visa cards.

You must close your card via the Jeton Card page immediately by selecting 'Destroy Card'. Make sure you check your transaction history for any fraudulent transactions. When closing your Jeton card, please select the right closing reason in order to receive a new Jeton Card as soon as possible.

Customer Support can do it on behalf of you. Please contact with Customer Support via phone or Chat service for immediate assistance.

Use the "Replace Card" button on Jeton Page and select a related reason. Your card will be renewed accordingly.

While closing your card via App, it will ask you to unload money to your account. You should use App to close the card and select a related option.

Please be sure to enter the right values during the activation process.
- CVV2: The 3-digit number, located on the back of the card.
- Expiry date: Located on the front of your card, under the card number in MM/YY format.
- Date of birth: The birthdate registered on your Jeton account. If this is incorrect, please contact with Customer Support.

It can take up to 7-10 days to receive your Jeton Card. If over 7-10 days has passed, please contact Customer Support.

Check the card status:
• If it is inactive, please follow the activation procedure and activate the card.
• If it is frozen, please follow the necessary steps to unfreeze it.

Sometimes transactions can be rejected regarding either Card Issuer Authorization checks or connection errors with Card Scheme Networks. You may contact Customer Support for further info.

Sometimes load/top-up transactions take some more time to be reflected in your account. In general it will take 48 hours in maximum. If you still think there is something wrong, CS may check load transactions.

Yes you can! In your wallet account you will see withdraw option to your card.

You can deposit money on to your card via SEPA transfer. There is one common balance for your Physical and your Virtual Jeton Cards.
You may consult your account details on the Jeton Card page by selecting "Show Account Details" and if you have money in your Jeton Wallet, you may withdraw it to your Jeton Card.

Depending on the deposit method used, it can take up to 3 hours for your funds to reach your Jeton Card. Please wait approximately 1-3 hours in business days. If you still think there is an issue, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support.

You can view your PIN by visiting the 'Show PIN' function from the Jeton Card page. You will need your Jeton password to release the PIN information. If you have blocked the PIN, please wait for 24 hours or contact Customer Support. When your PIN is unblocked you will be able to make transactions again.

You can view your card PIN on the Jeton Card Application by clicking the "Show My PIN" button. You will only be able to change your PIN number via an ATM.

If it's an approved transaction, sometimes it can take a while to see in your account. If it's already more than a day, please contact Customer Support.

To update your personal information, please contact Customer Support via email or chat service.

In the Jeton Card page there is a "Statement" button. You may get your statement with a date range in PDF format.

The “Show Card Detail” function should be used via the Jeton Card page. Jeton's password is needed to release this information.

Sometimes there can be issues in ATM Systems. Unfortunately, you cannot take back your card as it's been destroyed by Acquirer Bank. So, you have to Close your card and ask replacement via Jeton Card App.

Depends on the region, Jeton Card support 2 currencies. In the EU (including EEA countries) card currency is EUR, in the UK it’s GBP. You can apply for the card only in your residence country’s region.
